Here is another free service that I found which allows you three avenues to create a podcast to post to your blog, telephone, computer or download music from a free site. (emerging artists have posted their own privately produced music here so there aren't any violations in posting them)

I really like the fact that people can automatically subscribe to my podcasts without my having to figure out how to create the rss feed. It is done for me.
