Links and videos no longer working

I have learned the hard way about keeping the things you create on places that you have control over. I am no longer working at IVCC because I have moved from the area, so any links associated with that have been deleted. Also, some of the free sites where I either created examples or posted examples have taken them down. Alas, when you use free things that doesn't mean that they will be free forever. I will work on rebuilding my blog and will take care to retain everything that I make and explain how they work and only link to a website that I have control over whether it remains in cyberspace or not.

Cool Stuff From Diigo

This is a list of bookmarked pages using the WebSlides feature of Diigo. I am using this list in my segment of IVCC's FSI 2011 on Open Content. The evolution of and arguments for and against make for an interesting read. And I have included an article that discusses other decreased cost options for students. I will keep watch to see which platform moves forward in higher education in the United States.
